"I give State Farm Insurance company - 5 + STARS. While shopping for auto insurance, I called State Farm and Troy answered the phone. Troy was extremely kind and patient with me. He answered all of my many questions with certainty, knowledge and kindness. Troy explained my coverages with detail so I could understand everything. I appreciate how Troy took his time to help me. He also made sure to follow up with me later on after I had signed all the pages. I am so VERY HAPPY with the expert service with kind, compassionate interest for me as a customer.
